Orders are usually shipped the same day of the order is placed by 3pm (Monday – Friday). On occasion this might not be possible. Within Ireland please allow up to 2 working days for delivery. For NI and the UK, they aim to deliver within 2 days
Standard orders in Europe are usually delivered within 10 – 14 working days from the date of order. That does not include time before we ship the product for backordered items. If the item is unavailable, we will let you know and issue a full refund. Non Europe packages are extended to approximately 30 working days.
The costs depend on your destination and the weight of the package. You can calculate the shipping costs in our shopping basket.
We use An Post, all our shipping is tracked and traced. We aim to ship orders within two working days depending on stock levels and your payment terms. You will have to sign for your parcel on arrival and it is incumbent upon you to make appropriate arrangements to facilitate signing for and collection of any products you order.
You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package.
As each country has different customs, we cannot be responsible for the delays and fees.
The best thing would be to contact the customs directly.
Every customer has the right to cancel their order. Typically orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received (Monday-Friday). If you change your mind and want to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. It’s important that you let us know as quickly as you can as if we receive your order late in the day it is possible it will be shipped within 30 minutes to make the last post. If you notify us and request a cancellation before your order is shipped we will gladly process a full refund. If you request to cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until the item(s) has been returned to us. Once returned to us we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s), but we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs paid.
If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any part of the goods please contact us within 10 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 30 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible. We will request a full description of the fault along with photographic evidence – once reviewed a refund or an exchange will be offered.
Any goods returned must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition in which you received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage. If the goods are damaged in any way, Chaos + Harmony has the right to reduce the amount of the refund in accordance to the condition of the returned goods. The refund will be made right after we receive the returned goods. We do not refund the cost of the return postage.

Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Resending returned items
If delivery of your order has been attempted unsuccessfully the package should be held at a local post office or collection centre. If not collected within a set time the package/s will be returned to us, this is usually after 14 days. We are happy to resend packages which have been returned to us, however we ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package.
